据最新发表在《肥胖》期刊的一项研究显示,在饮食减重期间补充阿克人类营养Superba Boost磷虾油的受试者,相比安慰剂组能更有效地维持去脂体重、肌肉力量及身体功能。磷虾油组受试者的收缩压和炎症标志物(如TNF-α、CRP)也显著降低,这是整体代谢健康变好的证明。⑤
此外,另一篇研究也显示,Superba Boost磷虾油能显著改善受试者的握力、膝关节伸展力和大腿肌肉厚度,磷虾油对增强肌肉质量和功能的潜力也得到了验证。⑥
