二手烟，其实是一种霸凌

关于二手烟，舆论常常被引向性别对立，或烟民与非烟民的群体撕裂。但这其实是一种刻意的模糊和转移。

真正的矛盾，是不文明的行为，和试图维护公共秩序的文明人之间的冲突。

有些人把公共空间当成私人吸烟区，不顾他人健康与规则，却让整个吸烟群体一起被污名。

而更难的是，这种不文明往往并不孤立，它被沉默纵容，被一句「别太较真」轻轻带过，变成了一种看不见的集体共谋。

对不文明吸烟行为说不，是维护公共环境和个人健康的合理诉求。

公共场所吸烟，是对他人的健康霸凌
