10 月 23 日，渤健（Biogen）和卫材（Eisai）公司联合宣布，计划在明年递交治疗阿尔茨海默病的在研新药 aducanumab 的生物制剂申请（BLA）。
On October 23rd, Biogen and Eisai announced plans to submit a biologics application (BLA) for aducanumab, a new drug being developed to treat alzheimer's disease, next year.
aducanumab 是一种与 β淀粉样蛋白（β-amyloid）结合的人类单克隆抗体，它能够选择性地与阿尔茨海默病患者大脑中的淀粉样蛋白沉积结合，继而激活免疫系统，将沉积蛋白清理出大脑。（药明康德）

●国产大型客机C919第5架试飞飞机成功首飞
The fifth C919 test plane has made its maiden flight
24日，国产C919大型客机于从上海浦东国际机场起飞，在完成多个试验点、对各系统进行操纵检查后返航并平稳降落，顺利完成首次试飞。105架机是C919客机第五架试飞机，主要承担高温高寒等特殊条件的试飞任务。（新京报）
The 105 aircraft of domestically-made C919 large passenger jets took off from Shanghai pudong international airport on Sunday, returning to the airport after completing tests at various test sites and checking the operation of various systems. After unveiling the lunar lander's design in May, bezos' spacecraft company, Blue Origin, is building the lander, called “Blue Moon”. With the goal of returning to the moon by 2024, Blue Origin announced today that it has cooperated with three companies that have rich experience in spacecraft manufacturing to build a lunar lander. Among them, Northrop Grumman will build "conversion units" between the orbiter and the lander.
