On 25 October 2018, the Assessment Meeting of the 21st Mao Yisheng Beijing Young Science and Technology staff Award was held. Wang Zhizhen the Vice Chairman of the 11th CPPCC, former Chairman of Jiusan Society, the Chief Committee Member of Mao Yi-sheng Science and Technology Education Foundation, and the Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering was the director of the Assessment Committee and presided the meeting. The people in charge of the talent sectors of the Organization Department of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and more than 30 experts & scholars of relevant fields participated in the assessment.
According to “the Regulation of Mao Yisheng Beijing Young Science and Technology staff Award” and its detailed items of implementation, and abiding by the principles of objectivity, fairness, just and competitive selection, the Assessment Committee went over and discussed the applications of candidates. On the base of conscientious evaluation, and via preliminary group recommendation & final vote, fifteen candidates – Li Rong and the other fourteen people were shortlisted for the 21st Mao Yisheng Beijing Young Science and Technology staff Award. The name list will be publicized on the website of BAST to accept the social supervision.
The people in charge of Mao Yi-sheng Science and Technology Education Foundation, the Personnel Department of Beijing Association for Science and Technology (BAST), and Beijing Science and Technology Consulting Center attended the meeting.
