BAST organized the first session of 2018 Financial Affairs Training for Science and Technology Mass Organizations.

In the afternoon of October 10, Beijing Association for Science and Technology (BAST) organized the first session of 2018 Financial Affairs Training for Science and Technology Mass Organizations (STMO), so as to implement the guiding principles of BAST System Deepening Reform, to promote the improvement of the abilities of STMO, and to regulate the financial management of STMO. More than ninety people including the staff of the secretariats and the financial staff of STMO participated in the training.

Ye Long the finance and taxation expert of mass organization were invited to, with the topic “The Determination of the Qualification of Tax – Free Non-profit Organization”, he expounded the policies of determining the qualification of duty exemption of mass organization, the conditions and procedure of applying for the qualification of tax-free etc, and answered the questions of the trainees on-the-spot.

Next, the series training activities will be held for problems concerning the financial management of science and technology mass organizations.
